Giraffecycle Picks Of The Week!

Kelly Marino’s Pick – Like A Motorcycle, Tune In Tokyo, The Real Great Scott
Fish & Brew Pub, September 23

The much anticipated return of ex-Johner Jillian Comeau happens this Friday at the Fish & Brew. I kid, but her band Like A Motorcycle will be playing along with Tune in Tokyo, and the Real Great Scott. Although the lower west side is foreign to many local music supporters, this venue has so far been a successful host to your grittier friends. Halifax’s Like A Motorcycle is on a mini N.B tour including Moncton, Fredericton and Saint John.  Showtime is 9PM, 10$ at the door.

Chuck Teed’s Pick – Harvesting The Arts
King Square, September 24

Seems like most of the Saint John music community will be in King’s Square this Saturday for Harvesting The Arts. I cannot find an official music line up, but I can confirm that Karen Palmer, Clinton Charlton, James Blanchard, Chris Fudge, December Fall Out, Jason Ogden, Mike Biggar, and Jason Robertson will perform over the course of the day. The day starts at 10AM, so go to bed early and catch a full day of great music!
