It’s been quite some time since the beautiful Jenn Grant has visited the fog city. She flits into the Sanctuary Theatre March 21 with Cuff the Duke, touring in support of her latest album “The Beautiful Wild”, released on Six Shooter Records last September.
The album is an all-grown-up departure from the girly charm of her Juno nominated sophomore record “Honeymoon Punch”. Join her in the deep, dark woods, in pursuit of the elusive human heart. From JennGrant.com:
“The new record is about finding the courage to lose oneself in the wilderness, in all of its savage and sublime experiences.”
This PEI songbird once held a well deserved spot on the Polaris long list, besides having been featured across Canada in newspapers, magazines, and television. Grant has also toured heavily across North America and Europe, sharing stages with the likes of Fesit, Josh Ritter and Ron Sexsmith.
Tickets are $26 (taxes and surcharges included). Physical tickets went on sale Friday February 15th at the Sanctuary Theatre and Backstreet Records SJ, while online tickets are available here.
